When can I order?
Our shop is open 24 hours / 7 days.
The orders to be delivered in Armenia can be placed or registered 24 hours a day.
Orders to be delivered abroad are registered from 9:00-21:00, in some special cases- even after 21:00.
International and online orders department (deals with international orders for delivery in Armenia) is working,
Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00
Saturday, 09:00-14:00
Sunday 09:00 - 18:00
Online orders can be placed 24 hours, but same day orders placed after 18:00 will be prepared and delivered the next day.
It’s preferable to leave orders in advance for having enough time for preparation, but some urgent orders can be registered and delivered on the same day. Orders can be left even a few months ago. Our site has occasion Reminder service.
On Holidays we are working with a dense schedule, so holyday orders should be left as earlier as possible.

What can I order?
You can order bouquets, baskets, floral and sweet arrangements (natural and artificial), gift baskets, toys, drinks, porfume and many other gifts.
We offer floral and balloon design, fireworks, etc.
Whether the ordered item will fully resemble with the website photo?
According to the season and circumstances of importing goods, availability of some special kind of flowers and accessories may not be available on the exact day of delivery. Thus, the delivered item sometimes can have some triple differences.
Our florists will maintain all necessary efforts for resemblance of the chosen item in shape, size and general color.
In case of big changes, we will certainly contact with the customer for accommodation.
In those cases your comprehension will be appreciated.
Can I see the photo of delivery?
For many years, the company gives a free opportunity to the customers who order from abroad to see the photo of delivery.
Being abroad, customers can see the happy faces of the recipients with the delivered presents.
If you wish we can send the photo of delivery to your e-mail address.
After the delivery you can leave your impressions about provided services in “Feedback” section of our site. By your permission, we can publish your opinion in our site with the photo or without it.
While registering your online order, please mark the field if you want the delivery to be photographed and/or published.
We don’t take photos on Holydays, because of the dense amount of orders on those days.
Can I order with a specified time for delivery?
You can mark a specified period of time for delivery by 2 hour difference even less.
Holyday orders are delivered by 4-5 hours difference, during the day.
Orders to abroad can’t be registered for delivery on specified time, except orders for funeral ceremonies.
When should I register my abroad order?
The orders to be delivered abroad should be registered in advance at least 1-2 days before. You can register them from 09:00 till 21:00 (some urgent orders-even after 21:00).
What kind of data is needed for registering my order?
For registering you delivery we need:
- Recipient's name,
- Recipient’s Address
- Recipient’s Telephone
- Selected Items
- Greeting text
- Customer’s name and phone number
Can I order an anonymous delivery?
Certainly, you can register anonymous deliveries.
The courier is not aware about the customer and never reports any information to the recipient. The recipient will be informed about the customer if the greeting card contains a signature.
Can I order the items presented in your website for abroad delivery?
The products presented in our website are provided only for delivery in Armenia.
The items for abroad deliveries will be soon presented in the appropriate section of our site.
If you are located in Yerevan please visit our shops for ordering.
Can I order a few months before, so I would not forget about the occasion later?
Our site has occasions Reminder service, so you can register any occasion and you will have an opportunity to be reminded about the forthcoming occasion 3 days before.
Our system will automatically send a reminding message about the expecting occasion to your e-mail and you will avoid of forgetting about it.
Do I need to register a virtual card for paying by MasterCard?
For paying by MasterCard there is no need to register a virtual card, that’s only necessary for Armenian ArCa or Armenian Visa cards.
Can I order a present which is not presented in your website?
Certainly we admit individual orders: such orders should be left in advance, for finding out the required item’s acquisition and cost.
Can I order a romantic dinner for my beloved couple?
You can order a romantic dinner in the restaurant with specified menu. Reserved table will be decorated by flowers; candles and other romantic accessories. During the evening we will serve nice flowers giving memorable moments of happiness and rejoice to your beloved ones.

It is more than 20 years Brabion deals with floristic in Armenia. Its name by itself guarantees the proper execution of orders, professional and individual approach of florist-designers for each floral arrangement and design.
The company is responsible for every order and does his best to get every customer’s satisfaction and positive impression.
How can I be assured that all my dissatisfaction or any offer will be correspondingly responded?

What will be with my order If I marked don’t call” field and the recipient is not at place on the mentioned time of delivery?
If you wrote the phone number of the recipient while registering your order, then our courier will call to check the current address with the recipient. If there is someone at the delivered place who knows the recipient, then courier can pass the gift to him/her or neighbors, writing down his name and phone numbers.
To avoid the above-mentioned circumstances please make sure that the customer will be at place on pointed time of delivery.
Are my order details confidential?
All personal information that you provided us (your name, address, telephone, email, credit card details) is confidential and is not to be passed to any third party. Your credit card details are not stored on our web-server.
What will happen with my order, if the mentioned delivery address was wrong?
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before marking “Don’t call” field, otherwise we cannot guarantee well-timed delivery of your order.
If you marked “Don’t call” field and the provided address was wrong then the courier will call to check it with the recipient.
If the recipient is unavailable then the delivered items will be brought back to our shop.
You need to pay for second delivery if the delivery address is far from Yerevan.
How can I cancel or postpone the order which has been paid?
For cancelling or postponing your paid order, please contact with us as early as possible.
If the order item is a product which may deteriorate in short period of time (cake, fruit, candies, etc.), we will have to deduct the amount of the following items from paid amount and give back the left amount to you. You can also register the amount you paid as a deposit for your further orders.
By your wish, we can postpone your order, leaving an open delivery date.
Are the bouquets delivered with vases as they are depicted on your website?
If your selected item is depicted in the "Arrangements" section of our website, then the vase is its integral part, but if the item is from “Bouquet” section then it is delivered without vase.
Can I order a delivery to a place, which is not included in the list of delivery?
Our delivery service covers the whole Armenia, even if the city or village is not included in the delivery list. For checking the delivery price of intended place please contact previously.
How sooner should I order a cake?
If you intend to order a cake, then it’s preferable to order it some days before (at least one day) the delivery date, so we can guarantee the delivery of the selected cake on specified date and time.
However, if you ordered a cake for the same day delivery, then please specify the time for cake preparation, depending on its complexity, it may take approximately 3-6 hours.
